1. Overview
At Arabian Vibes, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Eligibility for Return/Refund
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required.
- Refunds are not applicable on items marked as final sale or non-returnable.
3. Process for Return
- Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.
- Our team will provide instructions for returning the product.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
4. Refund Method
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status:
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 working days.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable (except for defective or wrong items).
5. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
